Let us with gladness present the offerings and oblations of our life and labor to the Lord.
— Book of Common Prayer, p 344

Text & Online Giving

To make a gift to the church by text message, text the amount ($xx.xx) you’d like to give to 520-447-1313. The first time you’ll be asked for your name, method of payment (select from the drop-down menu), and the frequency of your contribution (one time is the default, but this can be changed in a drop-down menu). After that, all you’ll need to do for subsequent text gifts is to send the amount.

Whether you would like to make a one-time gift or want set up a recurring withdrawal to make your pledge payments, you can do so online through My Saint Philip's. To make a one-time gift, simply click the button below and follow the simple instructions. You can give online without registering for a My Saint Philip's account. If you'd like to set up a recurring gift, simply follow the instructions to create an account when prompted.

“Give Now” is one of the dashboard buttons if you’re using the Breeze app.

Making a Pledge

Everything from lights and air conditioning to worship, music, youth and children’s ministries, and outreach are funded through your pledge. Most of what you see week by week and year by year is a result of the giving from generation to generation of people who have given of their life and labor for the building up of the community and the feeding of a world hungry for hope.

Stock Gift

If you’d like to make a gift of appreciated stock directly to the church, we can help with that process. Instruct your broker/custodian to deliver your stock to:

Charles Schwab, DTC Clearing #0164, Account #46006403, Saint Philip’s In The Hills

Please do give us some info about your gift by clicking on the button below. It will help us insure that your gift is credited to your account. Schwab is often unable to provide donor information.

Do you shop at Amazon.com? Now you can support Saint Philip’s while you shop.

A great way to support Saint Philip’s if you’re an online shopper is to check out smile.amazon.com. Designate Saint Philip’s In The Hills to receive donations from your eligible purchases. The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price from your eligible AmazonSmile purchases. 0.5% might not sound like much, but when the whole parish gets involved it can add up and make a big difference. Proceeds are currently benefiting the St. Nicholas Choir’s 2019 UK Residency at Ely Cathedral. Thank you!

RMD from IRAs

Saint Philip’s can receive Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD) from your IRA and can be used to satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). If this gift is to be used for anything other than unrestricted giving or to satisfy your current pledge, please do let us know. As always, we appreciate your generosity, and thank you for thinking of Saint Philip’s when directing your RMD giving.

Endowment Funds

The endowment funds at Saint Philip’s offer a powerful opportunity to ensure that the love and gratitude we feel for our church will endure. By contributing to one of the endowment funds, we can ensure that Saint Philip’s will have the resources needed to continue its mission and ministries for generations to come. At Saint Philip’s our endowments are structured so that the principal amount is kept intact while the investment income is available to meet ongoing needs. There are two endowment funds to which you can contribute, the Ministry Endowment Fund (MEF) and the Preservation and Endowment Foundation (P&E). More about both may be found below.

There are two primary ways to make a gift to one of the church’s endowment funds. First, you may make an outright gift of cash, stock, or other liquid assets. Second, you may make a planned gift by designating a bequest in your will, establishing a life income gift (like a charitable annuity), or naming Saint Philip’s as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy. One of our endowment committee members will be happy to work with you on what kind of gift or plan best meets your needs and hopes.

What is your favorite memory from Saint Philip’s? A wedding? A Baptism? Welcoming the J2A youth back from pilgrimage? The flowering of the cross during the Easter courtyard service? Evensong, Holy Week, or Christmas Eve? Serving with one of the many ministries here?

Whatever is most important to you — you can ensure that the tradition lives on and share those memories with others by contributing to one of our endowment funds.

Ministry Endowment Fund

The Ministry Endowment Fund (MEF) supports and magnifies the work of Saint Philip’s. We have all been blessed by our liturgy — amplified by inspiring hymns and anthems. Many of us have felt Jesus’ call to the Great Commission, to share the good news with the world through evangelism and outreach. Others have been drawn to deeper Christian learning through various classes, youth ministries, and adult formation classes. You may have been visited in a time of grief or illness by members or you may be someone who makes those visits. However the Spirit has moved you, you can ensure that the ministries of Saint Philip’s will continue from generation to generation.

Preservation and Endowment

Preservation and Endowment (P&E) preserves our historic buildings, beautiful grounds, and large holdings of original artwork. It’s easy to take our physical surroundings for granted, but they need the same tender loving care that our parishioners do. Many of us have been comforted by reflection time in the Quiet Garden or encouraged by the deep resonance of the pipe organ. A gift to Preservation and Endowment will guarantee that future generations will share in these same gifts of beauty that have been passed to us.
