Annual vaccine clinic

Saint Philip’s annual Vaccine Clinic will be held from 8:30am-11:30am in the Murphey Gallery on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

To schedule an appointment, visit volunteers from Saint Philip’s Health Cabinet from 9:00am-11:30am outside the West Murphey Gallery this Sunday, September 22, and Sunday, September 29.

Print and fill out this two page form and bring it with you, along with your health insurance card(s).

The following vaccines will be offered:

  • standard dose for flu

  • quadrivalent high-dose for adults over 65

  • the new COVID vaccine
